Absolutely awful service scam artist!!I went to pick up a present for my sister as a surprise when I went into store I explained it didn't know if it was the right thing I was buying they told me it was I also asked if its not the right item can I bring it back I was told yes you can I ask will I get my money back she said yes !!it was lies because I got home gave my sister the bag she it's the wrong one I said no problem ill bring it back. Went back to store and was not only left waiting an hour while they tried to figure out who could do a return only to be told no we can't take it back I explained I bought it the day before and clearly asked if i could get a refund and was told yes the manager basically didn't wanna know and simply did not my problem get on to head office I rang head office to make a complaint was told they will ring me back 6 weeks later nutting and stuck with this rubbish I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase any of there products because it's a case of get the money in and who cares after that

Before I could even get my parcel I had to pay 152 euro taxes .the order wasn't even that much.
And to be honest the sizing is bad. I got two of the same tops one is shorter then the other. The dresses I ordered are the same size and one is huge other one I can't breath in. And the skirt I ordered the zip is broke.
I'd send them back but between taxes and postage it will cost me me then I'll get back.
