Our Christmas lunch order from Farmison arrived in 2 separate packages on consecutive days instead of all at once on the first day. This means that our turkey arrived 48 hours after dispatch instead of 24 and that the driver had to make 2 separate deliveries. We had deliberately chosen a date for delivery that suited us before travelling elsewhere and had to delay departure for the delivery of the missing parcel. It was explained to me that our 2/2 parcel ‘missed the cage’ for Scotland on the first night but had clear instructions that it must be delivered next day on the outside.
