5 STARS. We had the wheels on our BMW refurbished by Sytner BMW Worcester. The finished result was nothing short of miraculous !
You could not differentiate the diamond-cut / smart wheel repair from A BRAND NEW WHEEL !!! OMG
The wheels were so perfect we had to ask: ' did they fit new O/E wheels ? '
We were so impressed I asked to meet the team that carried our the wheel repairs:
The Body Shop Team: Lee (manager) Lucas, Josh, Callum. A Brilliant team who were super helpful, friendly and mega enthusiastic. I want to add an important note here ( and it's the truth: ' We visited a few weeks before Cheltenham BMW who also looked over the same wheels and said, the car needs NEW Wheels !!! '

However getting a second opinion ( and boy, was I glad we did) we had Worcester BMW Sytner view and appraise the car to say, they could refurbish the wheels using their IN HOUSE DIAMOND CUTTER.

The finished result was STUNNING !! The car looks like it just came out of the showroom.

Brilliant 5 STAR dealership. We live almost 60 miles away and it’s our chosen trusted dealership because of key-people like BMW’s ANDREW ATKINS in the parts department. Not only is he a super helpful individual, extremely knowledgeable, enthusiast: he’s a very polite and caring individual to all valued customers.
We’ve been to ‘ so many ‘ other BMW dealerships and the other sites parts team either don’t pick up the phone.(common issue) It just rings and rings or their staff don’t even say good morning or anything welcoming when you get to see them. Andrew however is a breath of fresh air. SYTNER BMW you need to Take Note of customers’ feed back. Repeat business starts with good interaction and welcoming body language. 5 STARS for Sytner BMW Worcester. Our 2017 BMW M760Li had a serious issue from a previous owner taking the car to a 'none genuine' dealership, with a mechanic cross-threading a "major engine component nut " and almost causing the total loss of a very expensive 6.6L V12 engine.
However, BMW Worcester's Chris Milne (Workshop Manager) has been exemplary: very informative, helpful and totally focused on ' CUSTOMER CARE & SATISFACTION ' An example of this: when we arrived with the car on the back of a recovery truck, Chris Milne was outside waiting to greet us to make sure we were all okay and to assure us the Worcester Mechanic Team headed up by Master Technician : Lewis Jones, would fix the previous sloppy none-genuine work done.
I can't thank Mr Milne enough ! Special Thanks go to Ms.Thea Rose who's also been brilliant within the in-house service desk team, also Brett Nicholls (Parts Team) who's been super helpful with parts & helpful advice. Thanks Brett !
If you're thinking of taking your car to a NONE GENUINE dealership, think again. I just had the experience of a previous owner taking a car to a ' third-party garage ' and not using a Torque Wrench and having the engine ALMOST WIPPED OUT.

(BTW, how do I know it was last serviced by a 'none genuine' BMW workshop ? Thea Rose did a key read (digital car key read). So lesson to be learnt to everyone reading this. Make sure you go a a HIGH QUALITY DEALERSHIP and ask who's working on your car ?
