A good outcome

Several customer service reps tried to sort things out when I had problems with not completing my purchase within the 24 hour time frames, and me having problems adding pre-existing conditions. Today it was all done by phone - thank you, but the base price had changed from previous quotes (the latest one was yesterday - today's quote had a significant price increase in the base premium). Sala discovered the reason why which as a result of wrong information being sent by email to me from 1 Cover yesterday. She did a wonderful job of providing a solution satisfactory to me. She listened to me, understood my issue, and emotions relating to the problem and made sure I finished the call happy. Great service - thank you Sala.

Aramex Whangarei

Aramex Whangarei. Pride themselves on service according to website. Totally untrue. Parcels taking weeks, missing critical deadline for purpose of purchase. Tried to pick it up myself from their depot 45 minutes away. Was told they would try to deliver. Voice message today "Unable to locate. It's possible it's sitting in a whole heap of stuff. So sorry". So is my grandson whose birthday stuff didn't arrive. I have 3 parcels now that they have failed to deliver all picked up by them weeks ago. They deserve a 0 star rating. We are meant to empathise that they had a driver sick for weeks now who "covered an extensive area" and parcels destined from that area are just sitting in the depot amongst "the thousands awaiting delivery". NZ Post has managed to deliver within quite satisfactory time frames over December and January. If one driver is sick there should be a back up. Under the Fair Trading Act this Company needs to be taken to court as they cannot deliver a service they promise.

It is not all it seems

Beware. The photos zflowers put on their website are nothing like what gets delivered. All their photos show a lovely woven wrapping. But that's not how they are delivered. Just a bunch of lilies in a paper wrapping. A very expensive price for what you could buy cheaper elsewhere. And to add insult to injury, I chose them as they came up as Titirangi New Zealand but they are actually an Australian company with no contactable New Zealand phone number. Would never use them again.
