Beware! This company is running the classic rental scam of taking images from short-term rental sites and claiming these are real longer term rentals. My daughter was interested in one of the apartments advertised and a quick Google image search showed that it is actually a listing on booking.com.

The bouquet was delivered on time and looked as beautiful as in the advertised photograph.

This company is not legit, be very wary. Thank goodness my daughter’s bank blocked the deposit payment and contacted her about the legitimacy of the account she was asked to transfer to.
Red flags that we should have paid more attention to:
1. The company was willing to ”hold” the apartment until August even though they had a viewing in May.
2. My daughter and her roommate offered above the asking price because there was supposedly so much interest, but they received a contract the next day with the regular price.
3. The price was almost “too good to be true.”
4. The address of the supposed owner listed on the contract was a sketchy, random restaurant.
5. The deposit and first month’s rent payments were to be sent to different foreign accounts. As mentioned above, her bank blocked the payment thankfully!
As mentioned by others, I think they use furnished apartments (or AirBnBs) and give multiple viewings, give multiple potential tenants contracts, and then ask for deposits. Then they ghost you if they get your money successfully.
Do your due diligence if you want to rent from them!!!

Fantastic and reliable service. Booked a very early (4:45am) morning pick-up for my 18-yer old daughter to Schiphol airport due to her changed flight schedule during the busy holiday season. Very happy a driver was available (it was about 8 hours before her flight), and he was there 5 minutes early. Well worth paying the extra money for reliability (she has had Uber drivers, for example, cancel on her last minute even though she had a reservation in advance). She received an email and text message when he arrived.

At first I was reluctant to order an at-home testing kit, mainly because I was concerned about the timing of receiving the kit and getting the results back in time for our travel. We received our kits the day after ordering them. The woman who conducted our Zoom call was friendly and helpful, and this procedure was less than 10 minutes...although I had to create a lot more saliva then I expected :) The prepaid packaging made it simple to drop off at UPS where it was received the next day by the lab. We received an email with our results less than 8 hours after our samples were received by the lab - amazing!
