Took forever, paid extra to receive before Father’s Day. I received it today (4 days later).
They altered the format of my original photos and despite numerous emails and contact us messages and being told that it was sorted. It wasn’t sorted for over a week. The fact that these guys can not understand written English is really off putting. The images are grainy. I think I could have done better watching a you tube clip. And despite them sending me an email asking for a review (that seems to have vanished as well)

So pleased with my photo books. I ordered two identical as 1 was going to my mum who is in a nursing home with Alzheimer’s. The disease makes her quite destructive and I knew she would probably destroy one quite soon. However the paper quality and binding is nothing like the previous ones made by different companies. I think this one is gonna last a while, it’s super well made, thick paper, bright and big lettering. Did I mention I’m so pleased ? 😊 thanks for a great service

Really slick and super quick. Fascinating that no label required. But what a great idea especially when no everyone has a printer.

Excellent. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Sarah even reminded me to use the discount code I had. We hired for a whole week to celebrate hubby’s birthday. The hot tub, gazebo, pillows and all the lights we needed were installed with no fuss. The string light really do light up the whole inside on a dark night. Once heated up, I no longer had issues getting children off their gaming stations. We used it every night and most days. We would recommend Sarah and Mark to everyone . We will definitely be hiring again. Thank you for the birthday card too - nice touch. X
