Trying to locate the ‘beep’ from one of our bought smoke alarms, my husband tried to unscrew one monitored by Phone Watch. He stopped quickly realising his mistake but within a minute we got a phone call from Phone Watch checking what was happening- really reassuring.

The Techican, Marin, was so pleasant. He explained everything and was so reassuring. He arrived promptly and was efficient in his work. He tested everything before going and gave us a great confidence in PhoneWatch.

Two of the smart plugs wouldn’t respond on the app. I was really surprised to get a phone call to follow up on my online enquiry. There followed excellent customer service…an engineer to be sent out who would sort the the plugs and check on the alarm and smoke detectors while with me. Three days later he was there and getting things sorted. There was still an issue with the app recognising the plugs so then Steven came online and on the phone. He was extremely patient. After following his instructions and a few attempts, there was success! I’m a little embarrassed that all this work was undertaken to resolve my smart plug issue, but I’m very impressed that the company feels that however small the problem, the customer comes first.

This is a fantastic company to deal with particularly if you’re worrying about anything to do with water.. We had issues with flooding near the back of the house as the drains there were only serviced by a French drain or soak away. Philip at Graf.ie came to the rescue and responded within two hours to an enquiry. He even phoned to ensure all issues were addressed, made suggestions and provided courteous and professional advice. We were able to work out a solution. The order was handled by Laura and within 48 hours the solution to our problem would arrive. We fully endorse this company.
