Useless service
Useless service. Items never shipped. Took a month for them to address it. Made me get in touch with their customer service, which is only available via chat on their website (long waiting and get cut off). AI chat bot tells you different things from the service representative. Wouldn’t order from here again

Misleading returns
Advertised free shipping and returns in Europe...not free returns, as printed somewhere in the fine, fine print. Returning shipping costs to France are outrageous for the average consumer. Very disappointed.

Thank you for taking time writting a comment.
When you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can returned it : only items returned within 28 days after being delivered, still in a new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by a fully filled out "return request note" will be accepted.
As it is noticed on our website, returns are free of charge for orders to France costing 65€ and above, and to Europe* for orders costing 80€ and above.
