I think buying from strap works has really been easy. However, just once, I emphasize just once, I had a problem with a defective part. I called to tell them that I feared the entire lot might be tainted and was told they would remove it from inventory. Hopefully they did. I want to say the people in customer service have been really nice and attentive to anything I call about.

I really appreciate this service. The wait times are acceptable because each order is custom made. My only request would be making reordering easier. I’d like to pull up an item I bought off of past orders and hit”order”!

Everything went well. But you cannot reorder something easily! You have to start all over. Most customers will reorder products over the years, please make it easy, simple, by looking up the line item and reordering it.
