Overall Investnow is a great website. has provided with a lot of different funds. the only downside login (accessing my account) is quite annoying

It is a good tech company. but need inform the staff about Consumer Guarantees Act. this is due to the fact they tried to charge me a fee for a return "because you agreed by buying and it is on the receipt". I need to call on their BS.
PLEASE HAVE A BETTER POLICY ABOUT THE FEES ON RETURNS

I feel using Aramex (Formally Fastway) is bad. this is compared to NZ post (which is also below expectation). every time someone send me package using Aramex. I am terrified. I feel IT (Movie) is less terrifying.

Simplicity's customer service makes me feel's valued. I have a Kiwisaver with Simplicity (I will not comment on the performance).

NZ Post is barely doing their jobs.
this means receiving my packages, but I requested to diverted to another address. The Customer Service claimed it was with the driver when the request is received. reality is I made the request was made days before the "Ready for Courier" and "Out for Delivery".
Second, tracking on international packages (with paid tracking). did not be entered into the NZ tracking system. I was waiting for the package to be cleared from custom and suddenly the tracking also suddenly showed "Delivery Complete".
My Question is how bad is NZ Post's employees and contractors not to make a adequate system and scan tracked parcels?

International Business Management Institute is not does not satisfy what I needed.
I took a "Program Certificate in Financial Management". I just speed through the four courses (did not retain any information and took the test/quiz. then realized International Business Management Institute's claim of "same high standards that are held by traditional educational institutions" is false advertising.
this is not an accredited education provider. [my point of view] is providing a extremely rudimentary concepts and slaps on a certificate/diploma to say is it is a post-secondary providers. I know post-secondary providers have more in depth teaching (both on traditional campus only based learning and online only based learning).
not an registered education provider (i.e. not primary, secondary and tertiary) when I gone to the to search if International Business Management Institute (and any other associated name I could find) as a registered education provider.

I am NOT holding International Business Management Institute at a degree level. But I hold this organization with Tertiary (and other education providers) courses. this is due to claiming that providing a "Program Diploma" assumes that is has a equivalent to a Secondary or Tertiary's program.
FYI, in New Zealand, there are education providers (non-secondary and non-tertiary) have Short courses that are recognized in a tertiary as "prior learning" (including courses from secondary education, abridging courses, etc)


I also noticed that International Business Management Institute has changed one of the programs. From "Program Diploma in Financial Management" to "Program Certificate in Financial Management"

also when I saw a review from International Business Management Institute Youtube channel, there is a reviewer (Sampan) is known for paid fake reviews.

My Experiences are Terrible. I wish I could rate a Negative Star.
When I was a Receiver of a Parcel (delivered by Aramex (was named Fastway Back then, I believe the Company is trying to separate them selves from the bad reviews). the Worst Communicators ever. waited more than 7 Working days (they Stated 3-5 [Working] Days)
I have recently sent a parcel (booked through TradeMe). It Was Aramex. No Emails, No Text, No Phone Calls to Confirm the Booking. The "Parcel Tracker" is not even Live. the Parcel is already arrived with the buyer and the "Parcel Tracker" still did not update. my Assumptions is an actual person Manually update every Parcel with a Tracking Number. Not Scan Barcode and System update Automatically.
They Are Clowns, Even the movie "IT" is less Terrifying and has Some Form of Purpose than being a worthless joke.
