This company lied and delayed telling me that my package was damaged. I called multiple times for an update and was told i would get a call back to confirm where my package was, i never did. After 7 days of calling finally someone told me my package was lost, they would look for it and call back, no call. Finally the supplier confirmed the package was damaged. If they had just been honest in the first place my order could have been resent 10 days ago ensuring we could complete our work for our client, instead this deception has delayed our work costing us 12,000 euros!! For a small business this is huge. Extremely disappointed.

Lovely looking products and the website was easy to use. I ordered one of the boxes and picked a few products to go in it and had it sent directly to my MIL for her birthday, she said the presentation was lovely and the box was beautiful, the products look really good quality too! Very pleased, thank you!
