Proper handling, kind stuff.

I love the idea of this website. But the website itself is too buggy. I was trying to use the Belgian version in French. I was not even able to add something to my cart. No error messages, just was doing nothing. After trying so many times, I tried on Dutch version and it finally worked. Weird..

Teachers and program is good, I like the gamified learning experience for my kids. And it is very convenient to get lessons from comfort of your home.
But the web app is so buggy, it became impossible to use. It disconnects all the time during lessons. Sometimes it gets back after a few refreshes, sometimes it doesn't. Today it didn't re-connect whatever I did. We started to use tablet instead, it seems to work better.
And once they had a great customer support, nowadays help menu is full of automated responses, I can't find my way to reach a real person, which is frustrating.
Edit note: Thank you for the two lessons offered to recompensate our time lost, really appreciated!
Edit 2: I also very much dislike that each time I pay for more courses, it saves my payment method for auto-payment next time, without giving me an option. That's very much a black pattern and doesn't give trust.

il etait ecrit "livraison lendemain" sur la commande, cela fait 6 jours il n'est pas arrive. Maintenant je vois que ils ont depose mon colis directement au poste et pas amene a la maison. Et si je veux chez moi, je dois attendre encore une semaine! Une grande n'importe quoi!

I am simply trying to create an account and oh my god, how can it be so difficult? I have to enter all my info in the beginning, annoying but fine.. But I have to choose my street name from a list and that list doesn't contain my street! So I can't create an account and I can't even contact support because I don't have an account! Besides, even if my street was there on the list, why would I need to browse through the all streets of my city to find mine? Just let me type it! If someone hadn't sent me a bol gift card, I would never ever lose 1 minute more here.

I received my command without any issues and on time to Belgium. I wish there were more payment options though.

Making the user first fill in a resume (which takes a significant time) without any information that it is a paid service, taking user's info, making user register and then when user finally clicks on download prompting the user to pay?! This is a very dark pattern! The site might be good and it is ok to ask for money for your service, but it is NOT OK to tell that it is paid only after the user loses lots of time and gives you his personal information. If it is a paid service, then it should have prompted to pay the moment I start to build my resume, not after I lost an hour on it!
