Disappointing delivery and customer experience
I am happy with their product, but delivery and customer experience was not positive. After they shipped my order, I did not receive any tracking info. I followed up with them 8 work days after to see where it was. They then sent me a tracking link telling me it was delivered a week ago and advices to ask my neighbours. My neighbours of course did not receive anything and I followed up with them again. Then after 4 days they got back to me telling me that oh actually it is at a pick up point and advised to hurry pick it up before it’s returned to them. Luckily, 12 days after it was still at the pick up point and I got it. And also luckily I only got a couple of sales items. But what if I ordered something more expensive? Very unpleasant experience. The necklaces are nice though. Will need to check durability with time.
