What a dissatisfying service I received from Halfords Tyres on the drive. I had four new and very expensive SUV tyres fitted to my Range Rover last week.
Before the fitter had completed the job I noticed that 3 of the 4 tyres were more than 3 years old. The date code that is on every tyre showed 3 of my tyres were manufactured more than 3 years ago.
The 4th tyre had a date that showed only 6 months old.
Following my complaint to Halfords, I was astonished that their reply was either live with the supplied tyres or our technician can remove the new tyres and refit my old tyres.
I was so angry that Halfords find it acceptable to supply and fit tyres that are in excess and had exceeded about a third of the manufactures suggested life span of their tyres.
I’ll never be purchasing anything further from Halfords again.
I would suggest that if anyone is considering buying tyres from Halfords then be prepared to be supplied tyres that are already in excess of 3 years old.

This wonderful touch up paint pen is just like a simple felt tip, just what I wanted, offering precision control. Not like a previous purchase from 'a different company' in which I received a flimsy paint applicator that cracked and went everywhere. The Colour match is perfect to my Range Rover. It unexpectedly came with anti-static wax grease remover swabs.
Simply a brilliant and accurate product.

Excellent company to deal with.
We purchased a 3m x 6m Gala Shade Pro 40 Gazebo (Grey) during late 2020. Purchased it to enable me to work on my classic car rebuild during Lockdown.
