Rang to ask about refunf from acct
Rang to ask about refund from my account as i had a lot of credit.spoke to a lovely man called Roy who was extremely helpful. Arranged for refund to go into my bank and also reduced my payments so i wouldn't accrue so much credit.all through process Roy was very courteous. Wonderful member of your staff.
