Simple claim with TAP
I had a simple claim with TAP but TAP refused to pay. TAP had very poor communications and after many months, offered a voucher towards a new flight in the next 12 months. I said no as I wanted the payment, as I am entitled under ec261. (I hope I do not need to fly TAP in the next year!) As I made no progress with TAP, I tried a flight claim company from Denmark with low fees. They took 2-3 weeks on average to answer emails and got nowhere with TAP. I asked for a release after 4-5 months and was able to file a claim with Ersatz-Pilot.
