Esperienza molto negativa con Locauto. Mi è stata consegnata un’auto con targa scritta in modo errato sul portachiavi/documentazione, e a causa di questo errore ho ricevuto una sanzione di 120€ da ASFINAG. Ho segnalato tutto con prove chiare, ma il servizio clienti non ha fornito alcuna risposta né supporto, ignorando completamente il problema.
Servizio poco professionale e zero attenzione verso il cliente. Sconsiglio vivamente.
