They cancelled my ticket only because my passport is Italian.
Racism at its finest.

Paid huge activation fee and the engineer did not show up.
The engineer says that he has been provided with the wrong number by Bord Gais.
Bord Gais also never notified me of the appointment, refused to handle my complaint and refused to send me a deadlock letter.
The customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional.

They refused to activate my account only because I am not the landlord, so I had to sign for a more expensive company.

Extremely rude an unprofessional postmen and customer care.
You get a text message confirming delivery for the day after and they do not deliver and refuse to provide any info whatsoever.
Automated bots would work better than them!
My item has been sitting at the Dublin 12 Hub for the last 3 days. They delivered newer parcels to me today but the older other item OH SORRY IT WAS UNSAFE TO DELIVER DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS when it has been sunny and warm for the last 7 days.
Shocking logistics, customer care and attitude towards paying customers.
In the end I'll have a free Amazon item because of An Post, so I really write this review to warn the others about the unreliable service An Post provides.
They're attitude is really like they're making you a favour... When it's their job!

Update: I went to the deposit to collect my package and it was in ANOTHER DEPOSIT with a FALSE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS on the tracker. I went there, paid a taxi and the man and the desk verbally abused me shouting at me saying that I paid the service to get delivered it in Ireland not to my address and called me names.
Then he told me to be careful not to get hurt as the package is heavy.
Clowns!!! On Google reviews it's full of this stories going on for months!

Liers. Been a full week without electricity as they supposed to reactivate it at my address.
I have been calling ESB the whole week and they claim they sent the engineer twice and that I wasn't at home and didn't answer the phone.
That is absolutely not true. Now I am forced to wait after the weekend in the cold without power and heating in mid December while I have medical conditions.

I asked them what would happen to a vulnerable, elderly or disabled person in a similar case. They did not answer my question.

I am speechless. Will contact the Ombudsman ASAP.

They took 95e AGAIN without any reason or warning.
I requested an official complaint and being denied.

I booked for Scale and Polish. The receptionist said that by law they have to x-ray and check up first. Surprise surprise they found imperfections and they really pushed me to come back for a treatment (don't worry! Covered by the insurance!).
The hygienist said that this was caused by a missing molar, that I lost when I was young, and never replaced, which is absolutely not true.
Strange, because my dentist said was all fine in January.
The Scale and Polish was less than 5min job. Just passed the washer on my teeth and all done. Felt absolutely no difference compared to a normal teeth brushing.
150e for this is a scam.
Now I know why there's so much appointment availability...

Late flights
Damaged screens and headsets
Rude cabin crew
No compensation for damaged luggage
Expensive tickets

There is no support for customers who are getting scammed. Also since they left PayPal a seller has no protection against payment disputes.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
They promised me a refund by 100 euros for damages caused by them to me. I have written proof, but after 2 years they still haven't refund anything.
I wish I could give 0/5.
I still keep screenshots and emails of the refund agreement with the manager based in Israel as they don't even have one in this continent.
