The customer service is not the problem. The problem is that the Eufy cameras do not integrate well with the Covesmart app. I will get a notification from a camera, but try to see what happened! Loading. . . No events today messages, then after multiple refreshes, suddenly oh there were events today, but the video goes dark. Exasperating. I removed one Eufy camera and use it on the Eufy app and it works fine. Cove is only good for door and window sensors

Shipping is expensive (and they charge tax on it), and quality is mediocre. Still, they feature unusual designs not easily found elsewhere. Their customer service is superior.
