I had many small issues over the time with Fastspeed, but it was always handled QUICK, communication was easy, Laila absolutely crushed it every single time!! Very happy with the service!!

I was a member for a long time, making 18500kr a month together with two jobs and never bothered to ask for supplements.

When I was fired as a basketball coach for 3 months, I received help and at the end they asked me to pay back one of the salaries reason being - “False work hours”

I tried to communicate with them throughout the whole period and after several calls and disrespectful down talking to me they kept insisting that I owe them money for false missing hours of my other job.

On those same phone calls I kept insisting that my salary is set, meaning - always the same, if I work 5 or 50 hours. They kept telling me to put in correct hours and dont cheat, so I did and then they tell me I owe them money for hours I put in wrong, because I received more from my other job than I should.

After all this now they sent me to incasso and I have to pay 1750kr on top of the amount they ask back.

During the period I had health issues regarding autoimmune disease, causing problems with my vision, on of the calls lady on the phone laughed at me, probably thinking since I speak english I am just trying to cheat her. Sent my medical records and didnt receive any apology.

After all this I switched my A-kasse and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Last cherry on top was that I asked on the phone few days ago if I can stop by Friday and they said its open 10-13, I was there at 12 and it was closed.

Last message from them was “Sorry for bad experience”

I wonder how can a place like this be still in business and if anyone is checking people who work there, for their behavior and work ethic.

Coming from really bad communication with my old “A-Kasse”, my girlfriend came accross you guys and I made the call today to hear more about it. No waiting time, I was on the phone with Christian and he made my day! Finally somebody who listens and understands the issues, he provided great solutions, conversation was sharp and easy, we did the sign up and it is HUGE relief to feel that I am in good hands now. So far I have 3 products, bcaa, pre-workout and creatine. Loved the taste in all of them, it’s not too sweet or too sour, right there in the middle and they all do their job well. I feel great! Thank you!!!

I am very happy with the help I got from Maja B. She handled a very complicated situation with mixed up addresses and provided me with excellent service regarding scheduling and solving all the issues!!

My address was not found in the system, therefore I almost settled for a slow phone line internet, until I found out that I actually have a tv line at home and then started my pursuit of making everything work. Maja helped me with solving the address issue and also rescheduled my technician visit, which made things super easy! Very quick response!
