I had a great time with my family, Arvia was great, thank you.

My son thoroughly enjoyed his time ( did 3 days). He came home every day asking when he could go back, he loved it. Venue was good and staff excellent. Been to many holiday clubs and staff are just not interested, not the case here, everyone was great. Thank you and see you in the summer. Oh, forgot to say, great value too, £50 for 3 days, brilliant, please keep it affordable for the future.

My 7 year old had the best time at Wittington Green School over half-term. There was plenty to keep him occupied and he came home every day extremely happy. He chooses to play football each day and he loved it. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. My son is looking forward to the next holidays so he can go again. Thank you.

Ordered my Mercia double-door windowless shed from Wicks on the 24th of July. Delivery time was excellent and the driver who delivered was very helpful. He put the shed exactly where I asked and was very careful in doing so.

I did not build the shed for a few days due to a new patio being built, however, once it was ready it was a really easy process. I started myself and got the frame up in about an hour and then finished it off with a family member and it was all done in 3hrs. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the YouTube videos also helped. The only criticism I have is the supplied screw heads were destroyed by both mine and my family members' drills and we had to go and purchase some more robust brass ones, despite that I am really impressed and so was my uncle who has now purchased one himself.

The outward journey with Care Parks booking reg GKPFBC was good, dropped off car and caught the bus to terminal 2 at Manchester no problems.

However, the return journey was a disaster from start to finish. Firstly, we waited 45 mins for a bus back to the car park and on arrival it was clear they were understaffed and things had been going wrong.
I can't fault the staff that were present, they were polite despite being obviously stressed.
The queue was building for people who were returning and leaving but nothing was happening very fast. No cars were returned to customers in the 2.5hrs we were there, it took a mini revolt from customers who demanded thier keys back to go and look for their cars. Initially the single lady on the desk was reluctant to do this, however, she relented. Once customers had their keys, the back log was cleared very quickly and we were on our way!


I can't fault the staffs politeness but it was just chaos, I will not use them again.

Brilliant service which I have recommended to all my friends. So convenient when you have little ones who are growing year on year. Need a new bike, no problem, exchange your bike and within a week, hey presto, happy child. Thank you so much.

Went to get my final few bits and pieces for my family's first big camping adventure. Staff helpful and knowledgeable as always, especially a young Lithuanian (sorry forgot her name) lady who was brilliant and always on hand for my continued questioning about camping stoves! Thank you so much.

Absolutely fantastic service knowledgable and freindly staff who could not be more helpful. I will be back to get the rest of my camping equipment 🙂

Had a call from the Volvo garage, however, the friendly advisor was unsure why it had been passed to him, therefore, advised me he would get the right department to contact me. As of writing this review I have not heard from anyone, however, this maybe due to the holidays.

First time I have used the service, all I can say is fabulous, friendly, on time, great value for money and perfect. Would definitely use and recommend them again, thank you.
