Like everyone else, came here to complain about their spams!!!

Cans usually arrive damaged. I hope they don't pose health risks!

I don't use their services but I sent an email to an organisation that uses their services. The email returned to me with an error message saying it couldn't be delivered because of ...spam...(?) and it showed the actual email of the receiver which was supposed to be kept secret. So for instance, I email to contact....@xcompny.ch and I receive "we couldn't deliver to alex....@gmail.com".

I received the product complete and good quality. I am very happy with it but ordering process was really stressful. That's why I cut the stars.
I made an order and then they showed color options. I said, oh well, let me change it to blue then. Suddenly I got an email saying that I ordered another one. I was shocked. I didn't know my credit card company would charge me without my approval for the second one.
This is a scam. But because their T&C was an empty file, they cancelled the order, otherwise they wouldn't have. So if I wanted this product, I'd order from them again but be careful. Also the ones I got from AliExpress etc are very disappointing. The fabric is not same, they stretch like 100% while this is just perfect.

You are doing great except a few things.
I want notification from selected shops. Not all my bookmarked shops, but selected ones. Because I have so many bookmarks and it would drive me crazy to constantly get notifications.

There's no conditions and terms when approving order
You get an empty pdf for return or agb terme and conditions
They charged me twice because they said something like I did "upsell" while I didn't approve an order
They refuse to cancel even though i contacted them a minute after the wrong order
No contact information
It's a hairdresser business that charged me??
The same product exists on AliExpress for 6 chf while they sell for 46 chf. discount.
I said I'll do credit card charge back but they didn't respond.

I want to sell my watch there. They ask me to upload a photo of my id card. I uploaded my residence permit, my id card and everything is rejected. now they ask for my passport. Are they just collecting all kinds of people's ids?
