Handled my mother's tax return wonderfully
My mother, who lives in a Care Home, received a tax return demand out of the blue - her first ever - and we a) panicked and then b) contacted TaxAssist in Dorking, Surrey, for advice. From the first phone call with Michaela, I felt comfortable we were in safe hands. She's guided us fully through the process, been patient when we were missing vital papers (like a valid passport as ID!) and has now seen the task through to conclusion. We will for sure be in touch next year to handle the inevitable return!
