Delivery several days longer than promised. Unit is unreliable.

Delivery several days longer than the promised delivery in two days. Provide more realistic delivery dates please. Also, the unit being purchased (a Signia Pure Portable Charger) appears to be very overpriced for what it is - a very unreliable item. This is the third one we have had to purchase. Previous chargers failed for no apparent reason.

Regarding the delivery, your order was delivered within 2–3 business days. While we always aim for fast delivery, delays can unfortunately occur around holidays such as Easter, and in some cases delivery can take up to 5 business days.

We’re sorry if this did not meet your expectations.

Regarding the Signia charger, we completely understand your frustration. However, we are a retailer of these products and not the manufacturer. If you are experiencing issues with the product, you are of course very welcome to contact us directly - we would be happy to help find a solution for you.

This was a very positive purchasing experience.

This was a very positive purchasing experience. The website has an excellent layout making choices very easy to make. The communication from the vendor during order fulfillment and delivery was also excellent. The product itself was as expected and is beautiful. The vendor YouTube videos were very helpful in explaining assembly.

What could be improved? While Allen keys were included, no spanner was included for assembly but I have lots of my own so no problem for me. The instruction manual on how to install the carrier is poor. I was saved by the YouTube video on that one.

World Class Covid 19 safety practices…

World Class Covid 19 safety practices protecting staff and customers at the Sligo branch on re-opening this week. Only excellent management and staff could have pulled this off. Some other retailers could learn from this.
