Fast delivery and god quality product. Too bad for the costs of delivery.

Very good and efficient service. they were always clear and prompt to answer all my questions.

Apparently only people who give a very bad review get an answer.. I wrote that that I had a problem and that I could not build the tricycle, which I have ordered as gift, more than three days ago and I got no answer. Instead a more recent review from a costumer with the same problem got already solved by the costumer service.

The shipment took a while and the product has problem we now have to send back the pieces or wait for the new piece to arrive. This means that it will take more than a month/a month and a half to be able to use the product. We bought the tricycle and the bar to connect the back weals has a problem. This was supposed to be the gift for my nephew birthday who is still waiting for his gift.
I am very disappointed especially because you would expect a good quality product for the paid price
