I did a birthday card with 6 photos online. Ordered Tuesday arrived Wednesday in plenty of time. Great quality, delivery and service!

The items I have bought are as good as if not better quality than the bigger high street stores, and at a competitive price.
Unfortunately, the communication and administration is abysmal! Order delivered when no one was on site, which they had been told! No communication via text or email about delivery time. No communication about a damaged item, had to email to find out what was happening.
They charge you for a specific delivery date, two weeks in advance, then deliver it on the wrong day!
Endless emails about “How did we do?” , when items are still outstanding.
It’s put me off ordering from them again, I will probably use trade suppliers instead.

I'm very pleased with the service provided. The equipment supplied is of the highest standard and the back up and customer service is second to none. If there is an issue, it is rectified very quickly. Mark is a consummate professional.

I have just purchased 2 of the river stone basins. They are beautiful and unique, very strong and solid. The ordering process was simple, very good communication, and they arrived quickly and well packaged. I'm very pleased.

Unfortunately I live 2 miles from the depot and they have stopped collections, and charged me £30 for delivery! Not acceptable to anyone but certainly not trade, will look for a new supplier.

Have used VP many times, I'm an installer by trade. Good quality items at good prices with swift delivery, no quibble returns or if something is damaged. You can't go wrong!

I'm a trade installer for various high street companies. When I'm doing my own private installations, I always head straight to VP. The quality of the items is as good, and usually better, than you will get anywhere. The delivery and customer service is top notch, and lets face it, we are all on a budget and VP always have great offers and prices. I always recommend them to my customers!

I have used C gars a couple of times now, and never had an issue. Great website and selection of cigars at reasonable prices. My orders have arrived promptly, and are always very, very well packaged and protected.
I emailed a question whilst browsing one night at 23.00, expecting an answer during working hours the following day. 23.05, there was a reply from Mitchell, in my inbox! I have never experienced that from any other company.
