We took it in English and she was amazing. Each question was answered and she knew what she was doing.

But product it self, nordea node is whole another story. For individuals like us almost completely not useful.

People who are buying groceries online knows that there is a rule, if the product that you order doesn't exist the companies do some kind of a replacement within some certain rules and policies.

To my experience coop.se is the worst ever company who does it with a "smart" way that they invented that it is always on their favor.

Let me give examples from my last purchase:

Here is what is change for me:
2x Kalkon Rökt (Pärsons 200g) -> 2x Kalkon Rökt Tunna Skivor(Coop 180 g)
I bought 400 g of Pärsons kalkon rökt(worth of 37,95/st) and they changed it with Coop Kalkon Rökt Tunna Skivor (worth of 31,50/st).
First of all I got 10% less product with the same money and secondly less worthy product (I am not talking about the quality here since it changes person to person)

Another one:
2x Pasta Fusilli (Barilla 500g) -> 2x Pasta Fusilli(Coop 500g)
Similarly Pasta worth of 17,5/st changed with 14,50/st

2x Mozzarella (Zeta 125g) -> 2 x Mozzarella (Coop 125g)

Last one:
Eko cheese for 85:- and they simply didn't send it :D
Ost Humlan Familjefavoriter Eko(Arla® 1200 gram ungefärlig vikt) -> 0.


And i wrote an email to them stating that i want to know what do they think about it since I feel stupid to choose them instead of another company. Because they have changed all the promotion products with non-promotion cheap options or canceled it. So what was the point for me to buy from them?
They have replied with apologies and i should "reklamera" the products to receive my money back. I did and as an answer to my complaint they said it is within company policy.

So ladies and gentlemen, just so you know that their company policy is to lure you to do your weekly shopping with a few fake "discounts" and send you the cheap replacement of their own products.

They simply didn't bring it to my address.

I received a message that it will delivered to home between 9-15. I was home although it stated in the SMS that i don't have to be. They didn't deliver it.

Next day i received another SMS that with no further information stating that my package is on the "closest" service point. Which was 8km away from my house and impossible for me to take it without a car. I had to borrow car from a friend to fetch my package.

I understand all of us human, accidents may occur, they might be overloaded, somebody might become sick. All i want is information and at least deliver it to next day or deliver it to the real closest service point not a random place! This made me crazy! And a little compensation might be fine as well.

I called them and asked about lots of stuff about the bike that i am interested in. They were so polite and send the product quickly as well!

It does exactly what it says. I am using three main functionality. Buy things in foreign currency, exchange money and transfer money.
There are no hidden fees while purchasing with card. If something costs lets say 26,62 Euros and once you have that much money in your euro account that will succeed the transaction.
Transfer works faster than expected. Once you are sending money it warns you if there is any hidden fees on the receiver side(country tax or bank fees). They will not charge you something else then what you see.

The exchange rates that they are giving is very competent and that's the real reason why i use it.

Support is good but there are not many agents so one has to wait a lot. There is definitely room for improvement there. But there are many articles answering nearly all the questions one might have at the beginning.

I have ordered a WIFI Extender and it is shipped from China! Waiting for it to reach me already 15 days and counting.

There was no warning and such during the ordering process. It was only written that it will take 5-7 work days.

I feel stupid since i could have ordered it myself from aliexpress and get the exact same product half of a price.

I gave 2 starts not one since my earlier experiences i didn't have any issues.
