Just awful if I could do a big O I would !!!! Awful company !!I have a tracking number and It says out for delivery.am At 3pm out for delivery then say on the 19 3/26they tried to deliver but I was in all day camera on door don’t lie and looking after a stroke victim as I have a heart problem myself and I can see anyone walking up path but no delivery at 1030 pm at night after all day long waiting expectancy and cant get through no you can’t so all day been trying just an auto answer machine and the people I bought from weren’t no help at all told me to sort it out after I said I was in all day and they just resorted the same info again I weren’t in and contact yodel that’s really good customer service . Been told by yodel it will deliver Monday so I’ll see if nothing I’ll do another review on the cloths and yodel as I parted with cash and got nothing not even a offer of refund if I do not get my blk and white blouse

I used to buy a lot from ideal world but paying postage there and back when your not aware if how sizing is then charge to go and return is a lot !!!

Give it 2 for ordering and delivery I’m in my seventy’s and have health issues so wanted a small mower I could.cut with a struggle my garden as can’t afford a gardiner on going paid £68 for a Flymo which came in so many pieces as I’m not a handyman and unable to put together as this is a lot of money for me and feel it was missold as not said ready to use like I’ve always had unlike other retailers wish I’d ordered from them so waiting for them to respond to collect and refund my money asap not heard nothing from them as yet with email yesterday

They asked me to give an opinion on my dogs food but accident I pushed the wrong button only 2 stars which was poor as the form was so quick I couldn’t get it back to correct the wrong word but I’ve never had problems at all with ordering or when I received it although it takes longer I’ve been happy with skinners dog food as I cannot get it sometimes

Normal checks were done as expected that and received item well packaged etc and yes I would use you again so pleased as this was the first time I have used online and as a pensioner it helped not going into town as I care for someone so thank you and will use you again

I can honestly say over the time I’ve had orders the quality and price plus wrapping it for safety was spot on and no issues as they would retify straightaway and all that now I will say if you see something you like crab it as like me I missed out on a great price kitchen unit 👍

Sausages rolls awful I cannot have peppery hot sausages roll the taste was awful it was said to me and as a vegetarian they sent me meat meal !!!this is not on😡😡😡I could not send it back as the time to check in food they had to go and was not there and I did not like food

Yes like other reviews I having been buying this tea 1.800 bag and second bag but I’ve had another bag that was fine but this is feels weak but I still like the tea and I don’t feel it’s it’s the same like others do

Normally review if really not happy or excited about something and I’m a very excited about these two I bought which was a large bolster and a medium settee as others review say that their pooches appeared happy and these beds supported their ailments well I have 3 rescue pooches one that is 11 years old and always a supporter and fosterer of dogs on rescue sites I will recommend these beds to others on my site and what I love is the inside protective cover of these beds underneath the outside cover which protects the foam if the dog may have bladder problems when they get older and as I’m a late pensioner and have bought many a dog bed over the years and never lasted these are

Won’t give 5 as there’s always room for improvement as you will see . Quality of clothing is good with fair prices and where can you get a dress for a pound as I bought 2 recently. I rarely return anything as m a happy bunny after all these years .. customer service is a nightmare with communication and understanding if you need to ring as I gather it’s not based in the Uk but are friendly .please ask presenters as some do and others don’t that as ladies I like to get an idea what size they are wearing so I can get a good idea for presents and use a tape measure so we know if a medium is a true 12 as can come up bigger if not stated a 12 etc but normally true to size but it helps and postage of 4.99 on everything per item may need adjusting expecially it may be tiny item through letter box not costing that as big items I understand like a mower etc .. thsnkyou and I’ll still be a watcher in another 20 years 😀🙏🏻

It’s awful sending my order to wrong address never heard of it before and to try and log into a service agent is unbelievable just disconnects if you have a problem to solve plus cost a fortune on the phone to speak to an agent that last without getting through and when I did connect with Jamie he said I gave the address and disconnect with no help at all as I’ve lived in the same address for 40years and 20 years ideal world know when I opened an account an addresse is needed and you still have to fill in when paying and that address / postcode would be hard for me to remember so come on I don’t give my DOB wrong as ideal won’t process fraud t applications and I love your stuff but can’t forward on here proof that I’ve used the same w address for over 40 years and it’s strange council tax etc electric water don’t get it wrong and this is so embarrassing for the other household and me it’s harassment the occasional order arriving at their house so sort your blips on computer and customer servicess out online and phone as non obtainable or helpful at all

Never only 0nce had a problem as wrong order sent out but I’m satisfied on orders received and easy returns and today was the first time I’ve had to with quality is good and no postage returns unlike another tv channel I know 😄! Only one thing please ask the presenters over the top keep saying stocks are selling fast just tell us what sizes are ??

Bought a few pairs of jeans and presenters say how cosy and brillant fit well I’ve ungraded to a bigger size but still they have an awful feeling of crabbing on the legs and so uncomfortable to wear never again
