The guy in the shop was very friendly, helpful and informative. Was very quick and easy - I got offered exactly what I expected.

Everyone was so nice and easy to speak to. Adam answered all of our questions and put all of our concerns to rest, I thought I couldn’t have an open fireplace as I don’t have a chimney but turns out I can. Very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone that wants an open fireplace.

Keiran and the team have been amazing. Always available on the end of a call with good advice at hand. Pricing very good compared to others. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and would obviously recommend.

Adam and the team were so helpful, they made everything so simple and easy. It really was a relief because I have no idea what I’m doing. The quote was very competitive, I got 3 and this was by far the cheapest. Very happy with the work no issues whatsoever.

Bad that on a booking so close to the date I give all the payment info before being told 48 hours needed for confirmation. Now I’m stuck if the booking is not confirmed with very little time to resolve.
