Do NOT touch their Private Banking Tier…

Absolutely do NOT touch their private banking tier, it is a solid scam. They offer a basic transactional account at extremely high banking fees. It is a means of explotation, false advertising and just an outright rip off. You are paying premium fees for a savings account, nothing more. Take your business to African Bank, Capitec or any other bank you choose. They offer the exact same at under R100 a month and dont lie in the doing.

Dont EVER use this company

Dont EVER use this company. I spent a month late last year getting a stupid shipment sorted by this company in which they themselves caused problems and admitted such. It was a month of unneeded drama that I had to sort and all the assurances were given that it was sorted and that it would be taken up with senior management so that it could not happen again. They lied!

Today I get served with a notification that I am being billed for it. A problem THEY caused and that THEY told me was solved. I hence checked my account, I am indeed being billed.

So if you want terrible service a disastrous shipping experience a month of having to do other peoples jobs and having to pay for the privilege, please go right ahead and use this company. They WILL lie to you and you will pay to be lied to.

NEVER USE SHIP7

Zero rating would be preferable but unfortunately does not exist.
I recently bought items on ebay with the understanding that SHIP7 would be able to collate and ship these items to me with the correct paperwork for shipping as shipping agents.

They proved nothing but a huge disappointment and anything but competent.

The items total came to $50 and was sent to a US postal box supplied by them. Consisted of a book and a set of plastic gears for a cuckoo clock. The book had its issues and I was asked to supply its shipping documentation. The gears once they arrived experienced the same problem, I supplied the paperwork yet again.

When the item was finally shipped through my chosen shipper I paid full cost on the weight of the items combined. The gears which made up the bulk of the weight were sent back because of "forbidden shipping item" . They had not supplied the paperwork correctly and clock parts suddenly because CAR Parts. How amazing.

On complaint they decided to ship free of charge due to their incompetence after me again having to resupply them with the shipping papers yet again. It was sent via UPS who seem to have been informed I was an Importer. This resulted in an entire new set of problems as Ive since been hounded by UPS for paperwork I could not possibly possess. In addition Im now expected to pay custom and exercise duties yet again on an item that full payment was already made on.

As a shipping agent paperwork for shipping is their duty to complete and then to ensure that the shipping company is supplied such so that it can clear customs. Ship7 believes they get paid for you to do the work. If such is so and I am indeed doing their work for them then I have no need of their services, and neither do you.

Most disgusting Shipping collating agent I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reply from Ship7

Dear Tony,

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had and fully understand the frustration caused throughout this shipment process. After carefully reviewing your case internally, we acknowledge that the situation did not meet the level of service and experience that we aim to provide to our customers.

We understand your concerns regarding the repeated requests for documentation, the customs complications, and the confusion surrounding the shipment classification of the clock gears. We also recognize how frustrating it must have been to face additional customs and import-related issues after already paying shipping and duties previously.

Upon investigation, we identified that one of the packages under Order #300214772 remained at our warehouse while the first package had already been collected and delivered by FedEx. To avoid further delays and inconvenience, we arranged shipment of the remaining package under a separate UPS shipment at no additional shipping cost from our side.

We fully acknowledge that the overall handling of this shipment resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and communication gaps, and we sincerely regret the frustration this caused you.

At the same time, we would also like to clarify that once the package entered the destination country through UPS, certain customs/import requirements and importer verification requests were initiated directly by the destination carrier and customs authorities. Nevertheless, we understand that from your perspective, the responsibility remained with Ship7 to help manage and guide the process smoothly, and we accept that we could have handled the communication and coordination better throughout the case.

Please also note that we already covered the additional customs duty charges requested by UPS to help resolve the shipment delivery issue and ensure the package reached you successfully.

Your feedback has been taken seriously by both our support and operations teams, and we are using this case internally to improve shipment verification, customs documentation handling, and customer communication procedures moving forward.

We truly regret that your experience with us did not reflect the standard of service we strive to provide. Despite the difficulties faced during this shipment, we genuinely appreciate your patience and the opportunity to review and address your concerns.

Should you need any further assistance, clarification, or support, please feel free to contact us directly at any time.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regards,
Ship7.

Booking.com falsely advertised the…

Booking.com falsely advertised the venue and under quoted the rental price. On the strength of the information on Booking.com I took the rental only to 1) be advised that the incorrect selection of booking was done 2) additional charges for the correct booking will apply.

On contacting customer services they shirk the responsibility passing it off to the rental venue.

Fault lies entirely with Booking.com and no other and legal action will most surely follow from this.

DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM FOR ANY RESERVATION EVER. They have zero respect for you as their client.

This company specialises in fraud

This company specialises in fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!

I mistakenly took a subscription with this company and on first billing asked to be unsubscribed. I was assured it was done, it wasn’t. This month a repeat of the charges. I’m assured once again I’m unsubscribed and after much debate am assured a refund. No apology nothing. This company operates on a fraud model and specialises in subscription fraud.
