Overall My Baggage (who I have used before) were fantastic but a couple of little things. Firstly, the suitcase was booked in to be collected on the Tuesday. Early on Monday morning, Fed Ex came to collect it. Just as well it was finished and ready to go. Then at the travel destination, I was told it would be delivered on 3rd Sept and it was delivered on 31st August. Again, Just as well I was home. One other thing (though not My Baggage fault) is when my suitcase arrived, some of the things inside it were wet as though it had been standing in the rain which had seeped through the zip. Only one thing was ruined, a little tee shirt for my granddaughter which the wet packaging had leeched on to the fabric.
