My wife and I recently stayed at the Vilnius Town Hall Apartments. When we arrived, there were dirty dishes and the apartment was filthy. I messaged the apartment management about this, and also requested toilet paper and towels. When I received no response, I sent a message to Booking.com. Again, there was no response. I will not use Booking.com again.

At the Vilnius Airport, I started a transaction to withdraw $100 Euros from a Swedbank ATM. When the machine informed me that I would be charged $22 USD in transaction fees, I pressed the button to cancel the transaction, but it was processed anyway.

Booking.com is not very honest, and they are completely unresponsive to complaints.

For many attractions, e.g. the Rosenberg Castle, using the Copenhagen Card means that one cannot make an advance reservation.

I paid for about 8 hours of work to be applied to fixing indexing problems with my website. Digivend changed 8 instances of the word "http" to "https", and that's all. These guys are complete and total fraudsters.

1. When playing from a custom position, hints often don't work at all, i.e., nothing happens when one clicks on the hint button.

2. Sometimes hints do "work", but the suggested move is a blunder.

3. chess.com customer service is non-existent.

Coupons expire too quickly, but otherwise I've been tremendously pleased with Biblio.

I've generally been very pleased with Biblio. If there's anything that I would complain about, it's coupons that expire almost immediately.

I've had uniformly good experiences with Biblio.
