Incredibly quick and gave the exact amount of money that they said they would. No changing their mind once the phone was with them. It was in excellent condition though as I described but I've had this for four. Was other phone companies trying to trade in and they've they've rejected the phone off with me. Less money but Mazuma is incredibly good. Highly recommend
