They lie about their delivery times
When I ordered my product the website said it was in stock. I got a confirmation mail saying it will be delivered in 3-5 work days. After a few days the website said it was not in stock and it would be available from 17/10. On 17/10 it said it would be available on 18/10 and on 18/10 it said it would be available on 19/10. This is very deceiving. They're also very slow in answering their mails.
If I hadn't already paid I would cancel my order and look on a different website.
Update: after repeatedly assuring me in mail and on the phone that the product will be sent the day after they have cancelled my order because the product is not available.
