If I could leave less than 1 star I would, shocking customer service, either no response or the same response which I’m guessing is AI generated, basically stealing peoples hard earned money by not providing goods that’s have ordered or replacing them, so no goods and still have my money, with no resolution. I have checked on social media and it’s repetitive behaviour with 100’s of people facing the same experience, I will definitely boycott sports direct and there appallingly customer service team!

Would give a 0 if there was an option, don’t waste your money, cheap product at overpriced retail price! Would never recommend or buy again!

Don’t bother rubbish internet have to use my mobile data my free view box does not work I have spent numerous hours on hold on the phone and waiting for an agent on live chat, the worst customer service I have ever known they all have bad attitude and never answer the questions you ask instead reply with answe about something you haven’t ever enquired about. I cannot wait to leave talk talk would never recommend and would never ever stay with this company!!!!
