Very helpful and polite. Easy to book and very reasonable price for a week in August. I called from passport control as we were held up for over an hour and was told that our car would still be available and was thanked for letting them know. We walked to the car rental building as there was a long queue at the shuttle bus. Easily marked route. Took about 10 mins to sort paperwork with very reasonable excess charge locked on to my credit card. Just over £500, we've know double that in some places. Car itself was as we reasonably new with very effective a/c which was on almost permanently as we drove over 700km around Tuscany. Hopefully managing to avoid all the ZTL areas. Parking is often free if you are willing walk a short distance extra.
Return of car was very quick, just asked if we'd filled the petrol tank. Full blocked amount on credit card released within 2 days .

Claims process through the website is very easy and smaller claims up to about £320 with an invoice have been paid overnight. My larger claim of over £1000 took nearer 10 weeks when they publicise that they aim to pay within 6.weeks. However, frequent messages were sent to me so that I knew it was still being processed. Overall, very happy with the cover and service.

My 14 year old son had his first lesson today, within minutes of getting in the car he was reversing out of a parking space and driving around the course. He was independently steering, indicating and using the accelerator. Other real-life experience included giving way and using a roundabout. He loved it and we were impressed with how quickly he could get going having never driven a car at all before. This was a gift, not sure he'll get another chance as it is expensive for 30 mins.
