I'm very unhappy with the last trip to Birmingham on 7th October 920 it was freezing cold in the bus all the way ❄❄❄very disappointed and whst is the worst now I'm sick my thought is on pain and flu this trip cost me too much 🤕🤒😷. I did back to Cardiff with mega bus was cheaper and much better .thanks

I apologise for the conditions on your coach. These are not the conditions we want for any of our passengers. Can I assume that you spoke to the driver? They may be able to alter the temperature via the main controls. It would be best to ask them when they stop the coach as the controls are overhead. I hope this helps in the future.
