Re order ID 434464. Order placed 17th Sept. Chasing since 8th Oct. I hate leaving bad reviews but feel no other option here. Still no sign of my order being delivered!! Customer Service team have replied to my many emails which would 'seem' to indicate efficiency but they just repeat that "team is working to expedite shipping" or "shipment will be in 10-14 days" but still waiting. Have asked how quickly I can get a refund if I cancel order but they never seem to address that question! Avoid Avoid Avoid !!

We had a problem with TV reception a month ago & Virgin Media made decision to install a new hub. Ever since I am having issues with the functionality of my Ring doorbell. For 2+ years prior I had no issue with the Ring doorbell so can only be related to the new Hub. I have tried countless times since to connect with Virgin but struggling to get them - somedays I spend 2 to 4 hours holding on 1908 to connect to Technical Assistance or Customer Service. I logged a complaint & they said they would contact me within 10 days. I missed 1 call from them last Saturday & they left a message asking me to phone 1908! I've been trying ever since ! 4 hours 20 mins spent holding between yesterday & today. We are based in Ireland.
