Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday because of illness. Mtee at Newmarket Holidays handled the matter quickly and efficiently, processing our refund and emailing our documents. We have travelled with Newmarket Holidays before and highly recommend the company.

Good price, rapid delivery

The part did not fit the washing machine although listed as a compatible part. I needed to request a postage label to return the part, and after I sent a reminder, I eventually received a refund after a fortnight.

Kept me well informed regarding timing of collection and delivery of my BSA. Our driver was careful, polite and friendly. I couldn't have asked for more. A great service all round.
