If you insure with them good luck on accessing your policy on line. It is next to impossible to view your policy online. You have to call and wait online for ages. This is the 21st century fix your online service.
Absolutely disgraceful

It was simple to book through ferries direct rather than search blue bridge and inter islander. It’s a busy time of year and ferry’s are closing bookings fast

Absolutely terrible, my trip to Australia was ruined by them. Had a booking at Baileys hotel only to find it was cancelled as booking.com had used a second parties details not mine. Had to book one night then re book another apartment only to find they needed another 250-500 bond for one nights stay, not informed by booking.Com who had already taken there booking fee. Dismal to deal with, contact pathetic. I will NEVER use them again
