Paid a lot of money for a shampoo and conditioner still has not shipped out after 5 days. Contact a customer support twice they don't care. Don't buy from them find a different product from a different place!

I used to be a huge fan of freedom mobile over the other giants. However they have royally screwed me over on this one. I wanted to upgrade my phone but wanted to make sure I could afford it. So I called and got the total with tax. I was told to go to the store and get the phone then call back to get the special rate. So I did. Only to find out the other rep was incorrect and I could not get that rate. I escalated to a manager who told me that I could get the rate for the first 15months then pay a bit more for the remainder of the plan I was upset but though ok it is a compromise. Well guess what they were wrong again and now I find out I can't get the discounted rate even though they have the recordings to prove I was told this wrong amount twice! I can't return the phone and I can't afford the higher rate. They refuse to honor their verbal offer even though they admit it is on record! Absolutely brutal! Beware freedom is not what it originally seemed at all.

There is no customer service here they do not respond to service tickets or questions of any kind. I will never buy from this company again and I do a lot of online ordering so they've lost a very good customer. Don't bother ordering from them if you think there is even the smallest chance you may need to contact customer service.

I do everything I can to never have to use Canada post. They never scan items on time so tracking numbers are useless. Delivery dates are never met. They are the worst courier service out there. I do alot of online shopping and will actually pay more to not use canada post.

I just got my glasses and I'm very pleasantly surprised. The shipping was Superfast the prices were amazing and they look great! And the lenses are fantastic I need progressives with a correction for an astigmatism. So this is not a simple prescription. And I can see just as well with these as I can for my expensive ones from LensCrafters. I will definitely be buying all of my glasses in the future from firmoo. I've already told all of my family and friends about them as well. Excellent company thank you :)

This company is amazing. The array of products they have is huge there is something in every price range and style! And the best part is the customer service! I had a small problem with my new blind and they responded super fast and handled it all on their end. I will definitely be buying all my window coverings from Blindsaver . I like knowing that they have my back if there is ever a problem, or if I have any questions. I was also surprised how fast I got my blind the shipping was super fast and I got an email for each step of the process from ordering to processing to shipping info. A++++

Ordered 2 items one came in a week no problem so I thought they were great. The second never arrived. I paid for insurance on it expecting that to save me headaches in case it was lost. But nope. The customer service was no help at all. They kept telling me to check with my post office. Even after I had created a service ticket with canada post to find the package. I finally got a refund from paypal after submitting a claim. I also fell for the fake reviews that are circulating. Don't trust them read them carefully.

Reply.... in response to geekbuying reply that tracking number is for the Netherlands I live in Canada so obviously something is very wrong with your information. And I have already sent you the service ticket case number from Canada post. But it no longer matters now since Paypal refunded my money.
