Bought PS240 plugin solar and arrived within two days well packed and looks great. The issue is the control of the unit through the app! It's not accurate at all and you will need constant reset. I would not trust it's control settings as it will back feed into the grid and waste your money! As this is new to the UK I bought another from a different supplier for testing and conclude PS240 is rubbish unless they urgently fix their control. I am glad I didn't end up buying additional batteries. For now I am using the unit to charge at night and contribute 200w during the day to the other great working system which I am not mentioning the make so people don't think I am advertising. In short don't waste your money on afery. Plenty of good competition

This company offers a great product but their service is the worst by far.
I placed an order direct for a smart meter to use on an echoflow stream ultra that I purchased from Amazon. When order placed on the 17.04.26 it stated five day delivery! Two weeks later I chased the to get an AI automated response apologising and stating that they have too many orders and the are dealing with mine soon with no indication to when. Two more weeks and no response decided to cancel and requested immediate refund and the comeback confirming a refund will be issued soon. Two weeks later and still no refund and when chasing refund getting same answer we are very busy and will sort soon!!!!
And still no refund
So why the hell is this company advertising and give offers when they can't deliver even when in stock
Also item purchased via Amazon was part delivered and shown as completed on my Amazon which I am still sorting out
I have since decided to go with another cheaper supplier offering similar products and almost the same app
Let's hope my one star along with many others wakes this company up and get them to improve their service

Mega prize is a scam to get you to buy more products and get more water
It will show plenty of stock and the minute you reach 100% it will go to zero stock and for a week now it says stock will refresh in 24hours and you wait and on the clock it will say system busy and comes with another 24hour wait and so on.
I bought thousands worth of products for various projects and had some good experience and more recently getting worse with damaged boxes or suppliers that want you to cancel because they decided to increase the price and if don’t they will use a tracking number that is for somone else so it appears that you received the item and then waste time trying to get your money back. I have found many national suppliers selling the same items like Amazon or eBay for slightly more but better service and on large heavy items you are better avoiding the hassle and frustration

Brilliant service and the Monthly price is defiantly worth it

I was reluctant when buying a 50p HP keyboard plus £3 next day delivery as was sure it will be a scam specially after reading some of the reviews and then thought to risk it since payment is by PayPal and new that would be less of risk. My new keyboard arrived and even had a call to say it will be with you tomorrow
I need more parts and this will be my go to supplier
