Love the service and the products. The website is easy to navigate and when at one point I had a shipping delay they communicated quickly and clearly, generally speaking delivery is very reliable arriving with AnPost.

I require three sets of glasses, a varifocal, sunglasses with varifocal, and super readers for the computer. The cost of these here in Ireland would most likely be around €1000, I cannot afford that. Firmoo has a limited but decent selection of frames, they arrived in good time and I now have a pair of sunglasses that work for me. It's a win win and I have since encouraged my mother to order non-prescription polaroids from them as well.

Had a good experience re-upping my insurance. There was a slight hiccup in that I couldn't do it on my phone however we were going through a zone where the signal wasn't great. No problems at all on my computer. I've never had to actually call them for an issue so I'm keeping my fingers crossed there.
