We should have taken a hint when we ordered a sample which never came.

We were refurbishing our lounge with a repaint, new carpet and a big L-shaped sofa.
We ordered the carpet from Flooring Superstore because it was a better price than other places.
We needed the carpet to turn up on time, to come after our repaint but before the sofa.
However, the carpet did not turn up on the day it was due.
We called the store who told us that our roll of carpet had gone missing.
They told us that as it got lost somewhere in delivery they've already made a fresh order that would arrive in 2 more weeks.
This caused a lot of upheaval because we had no usable lounge. The big L-shaped sofa turned up on time to a carpet-less lounge.
You can probably guess what happened on the second planned delivery date. The carpet didn't turn up. The roll had gone missing again!
The store had no idea what was going on and couldn't track it down.
After 7 weeks and 2 failed deliveries and no carpet we got a refund and went elsewhere.

Got a good price. Everything went well. Didn't need to wait long for the driver. Just one observation: In the booking it said "Suntransfers.com will communicate your pickup time via SMS to you."
So I was waiting for an SMS or WhatsApp message to tell me my pick up time, but it didn't come. I tried to WhatsApp to the local agent's number listed in the booking but didn't get a response. Then I noticed that an email came, which was fine by me (and actually preferred). Just thought I'd mention it, so that the booking wording can be updated.

The actual booking went fine but the chasers to get me to write a Trustpilot review were very late (i.e. over a year after the event), and they chased too many times.

I got a replacement component from Safe. It worked far better than the old one. I like the way Safe have free postage, even on low cost items.

I bought a refurbished Apple iPhone X 64GB Unlocked Good to Excellent Condition. It came with a 12 month warranty.

Within 4 months it developed a persistent green line down the side of the screen. After some web searching I discovered that this a common fault on the iPhone X and Apple was providing free handset replacements. I raised this with QMF and sent in my handset.
Instead of fixing or swapping the handset they told me it was caused accidental damage, so not covered under warranty and asked for £249.99 to repair it.

I went to an Apple store where they examined it and give report saying it's not accidental damage and a indeed a common iPhone fault. QMF didn't accept this and insisted on the £249.99 fee.

Instead of getting angry I researched my rights and phoned the Citizen’s Advice Consumer Helpline who told me to get a Section 75 refund with my Credit Card provider. I took that route and got a 100% refund.

My advice: know your consumer rights & use them.

I like the way the booking form checks for the incoming flights and confirms the arrival time. Gives me confidence that my booking is ok. The Hoppa confirmation email went to my junk, but I soon found it and put it in inbox.

I met my wife on eHarmony. We've been married over 3 years now and every day is a blessing.

Delivery is quick & convenient. Unfortunately I get reminder emails to order the next batch straight after each delivery. The reminder needs to go out towards the end of each batch rather than at the beginning.

Good to receive cashback for purchases.
