Unfortunately delivery service was just a lone man who needed me to help carry my new tumble drier up a flight of stairs to our flat. Good job it wasn't a washing machine!

Started free trial and it wasn’t to my liking so cancelled the same day, but they still took €139.99 from my apple account even though I have confirmation from apple my subscription was cancelled.

Amazon.ie is totally useless compared to the UK site.
As others have mentioned delivery times are ridiculous.
Advertising false delivery dates they don’t fulfil !

I requested a refund and asked them to cancel my order after their website showed the items hadn't been dispatched after a week. email I got back said items would be dispatched soon! I again asked to cancel the order, the reply was the items are on their way. So its taken over two weeks to deliver the order from a site which I thought was in Ireland. The stuff is rubbish quality, its going back and I will have to pay for the return despite asking them to cancel! terrible company

Their products are made and shipped from China, the order took ages to arrive and when it did 2 items which I have been charged for were missing. I have contacted them straight away and had no reply. Buyer beware !!

Ordered from Ireland 13 days ago, tracking says it’s coming from Poland, if I knew this was the case I would not have bought it.
So much for ordering direct, Never again !

Didn’t realise the cat litter I ordered from zoo plus.ie was coming from UK. 10 days so far and still no delivery. Will never shop here again.

I really need to avoid retailers that use this incompetent, unreliable and lying courier service. Just had an email saying they attempted delivery today which is a complete lie as I have been here all day. Driver obvious couldn't make delivery on time! Usually they just leave my items at the bottom of my drive and don't even bother coming to the front door. I order loads online and my heart sinks when I get an email saying its Fastway who's handling my delivery.I call them Fastaway !!

Just made an order with this company for a steamer, this company uses false details and bad selling tactics,
While looking at the item, their website said only 6 left in stock, I bought the item. However when I went back to their website minutes after the purchase and it now shows 7 in stock! I decided to immediately cancel my order. There is no company address or telephone number for them, contact is by email only and says to wait 24 hours to reply by which time it might have shipped and they state they will charge 15% if it’s returned. Beware!

Never order furniture from Next if you live in Ireland, in stock items delivered in UK usually within a few days. Ireland a few weeks! But worse than that it fails to appear on the actual delivery date your given ! No tracking number either, shop elsewhere.

I am trying to buy less stuff from Amazon, so decided to shop here in Ireland if I could. The same day I made my purchases with Soundshop I ordered some specialist strings ( not available here) from a shop in Germany. That order arrived two days ago! I am still waiting for my order from Soundshop, I emailed them to confirm if my order was despatched and am still waiting for a reply. Have no doubt it will arrive eventually but if you want stuff in a hurry, you will be disappointed!

Having been previously delighted with a past order, I decided to order again, However I am very disappointed that my order placed 14 days ago has still not been delivered, the tracking details show it’s not even in Ireland yet.

Great company, easy ordering on web site, delivered on time, same day delivery, Recipient very happy.

I had the salesman round, he measured up and said he would have a quote sent by email in a couple of days.
A week later nothing! I called them to make sure they had the correct spelling of my email address and they said they would be sure to let the salesman know and get me a price, that was 3/4 weeks ago. It’s not in my spam folder so it’s just clearly not been sent out!
Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t care but this company was recommended to me!
