Review of Voya Financial
HSA card denied when used at health visits, called 800#- card's active. Kudos to the 2 @Voya who helped on the phone (so 2 stars vs 1) but why does it take THREE BUSINESS DAYS to resolve? My account's associated with previous employer (!) from 2 years ago; no wonder I can't get anywhere on the phone (automated) nor create online account under current employer despite bi-weekly contributions. Very frustrating. Who's at fault for this? Current employer HR person missed a step or Voya?
Review of CashForCars.com
The process for transferring the car to Copart was easy; everything communicated verbally and via e-mail was consistent.
Minor detail- was told bankers check would be given when the car was picked up. It was not offered right away; I had to request it. The tow truck driver had the means to write the business check and it was deposited with no incident. Copart in Minneapolis recommended by Tisdell's' in Richfield, MN. Alleys narrow but tow truck driver very competent in caring for the car as it was loaded and taken away. The car was not in an accident so exterior in great shape; it just had 223K miles and needed too much in repairs to be worth it anymore. I would do this again in the future, when needed

Got the order earlier than expected, well-packaged.
Review of Miles Kimball
In the last two weeks, I have received two separate online orders earlier than indicated on original order. Everything was there and packaging was solid. Have not been disappointed with Miles Kimball, ever. I have been a customer for many years.

I have always had terrific response from Customer Service, I am sorry for those who have not.
Yes, there are those who state they have sent my won auctions but I don't receive the item. I just choose to remember who they are and don't bid on their stuff in the future. I then go to Customer Service just to communicate this quietly. Other times I have gotten exactly what was won. Sometimes it takes a while to receive it but I can't expect everyone with busy lives to drop everything and send it that afternoon. Some sellers state they mail only certain days of the week and we appreciate that. This requires patience in an era when we want everything instantly.
I don't understand why I receive some things and not others, unless a sender doesn't write the correct address on the package and it gets lost in the mail or returned to them without the effort to contact me and re-send it. Details, details -- some persons just aren't good at that; I choose to not take it too seriously.
