Absolutely horrific service
Absolutely horrific service, no way to contact except WhatsApp where the agent just lies to you. All was going well I got an email to say they had receive my returns & would issue the credit note. That never came!! They just mess you about they never give the credit note they just take peoples hard earned money, it’s theft! How can you send me an email confirming you have received the goods then never give the refund. Customer service is horrific. Absolute scammers something needs to be done!

I have never returned something on…
I have never returned something on boohoo man before so wasn’t sure of the process, I have done a paperless return but wanted to check I had done correctly. Great idea to have a WhatsApp to use, Kai was very helpful in confirming what I have done. Hopefully no issue it getting my credit note back. Thanks for the help!
