Location-tool.com is a scam, it actually doesn't do anything. I entered the phone number including the country code of my lost/stolen phone, the location tool didn't find anything, it actually shows a map of USA, it's looking there thousands of miles from the country where the phone was lost.

The exchange rate offered is not that great, sometimes it's worse than the bank. I noticed that since XE tookover from HIFX the rates offered for sending money has deteriorated compared to what the bank offers, so it pays to check the bank rates before using XE.

I bought a Seiko watch from DownUnder Watches, it arrived on time but it was faulty, I followed their instructions and took it to their watch repair shop, it came back after 2 weeks and still wasn't working so they asked me to send it to Singapore which I did and they have had it now for a month with no update and not responding to my emails. I just want others to be careful when buying online the customer service is poor if something goes wrong.

HiFX is not always efficient in handling the transfers, but on this occasion they were supper quick and of course offered a better rate then the bank.

Money transfers goes smoothly without any glitch, can trust HiFX 100%. Their rates are not always best though so it pays to check others and banks. I found that for some currencies the bank rates are about 3-4% better than what HiFX offers.

I used HiFX for the first time to transfer money from UK to Australia, the whole process was very simple and hassle free, every thing done online and the money arrived in my account on the date they said they would transfer. Excellent service.
