Not received items after 10days, and it stated postage was 2-5 days within UK.
I have now noticed a customs form in parcel tracking info, so hoping I haven’t been scammed , and items aren’t el cheapo rubbish from China!

Do not use these clowns to buy ANY plants! Ordered 40 lavenders, most were dead or dying on arrival. No reply to my complaint from customer service… dont waste your money.

My first order and the card never arrived... Its been 2 weeks now. I asked for a refund, which I’m pretty certain by law they have to provide, but was told I would only be given a free card. ...how is it free when they’ve kept my money?! Terrible company, seriously poor customer service, possibly illegal when they refuse a refund and I have no card?
Back to Funky Pigeon or Moonpig.
