Over the bank holiday weekend my partner and I visited a good number of furniture stores, furniture village had a nicely spaced out displays and the staff where happy for you to wonder round with out any of the continuous questions of ‘ what you looking to buy’.
A nice gentle sales approach where our sales lady was very informative and offered us advice from her own experiences. I have already recommended our local branch o other friends who have just moved.

I placed an order for a new child seat on the Sunday and the item arrived on the Monday with out any additional costs to ourselves. If this is the usual process then what fantastic customer service.
